Free delivery across the United Kingdom

Delivery is free on every order, to every UK address — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same working day.
Typical arrival is 3–5 working days, with tracked courier delivery to your door.
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your chair leaves our UK warehouse.

Try the chair at home for 60 days. If it isn't right, tell us and we'll arrange the return.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 working days of the return arriving.
Items should come back in re-sellable condition with the original cover.
Damaged or faulty on arrival? Send us a photo and we'll replace it straight away.
